Home Watch Service ($80 per month for 2 visits per month)
For safety and peace of mind for your lake house investment. We will methodically inspect your home on a regular basis.
- Visually inspect exterior for damage
- Examination of doors and windows to ensure they are locked and secure
- Plant watering
- Start vehicles (if requested)
-Visually inspect walls, windows and ceilings for evidence of leaks, mold and/or pests
- Ensure HVAC and water softener are in working condition
- Check and run all taps, toilets and garbage disposals
- Test smoke detectors and replace batteries (if needed)
- Retrieve mail, flyers and newspapers
- Point of contact for home security system companies
- Provide a detailed report, including photos
